Symptoms
When you try to approve an EPT document created by an edit template the action reports that "Item cannot be found in collection ..." However the document will still be approved.
Cause
This is an error connected to the underlying XML indexing service of Content Studio and appears internally if the OLE DB provider for SQL Server is too old.
